This work is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about restoring relationship.
Relationship with your body.
With movement.
With the way energy actually lives and moves in you.
Many people who arrive here are not in pain.
They are capable, perceptive, and deeply sensitive.
And still, something feels missing.
You Might Recognize This
You’ve had meaningful embodiment or energetic experiences —
but they feel occasional, not lived.
You work intuitively with others,
yet feel cautious or unsure inside your own body.
You sense that your body holds intelligence,
but you don’t fully trust it to lead.
You want embodiment to be practical and repeatable —
not something that only happens in special spaces.
If any of this feels familiar,
nothing is wrong with you.
It simply means your system hasn’t yet been given
a way to learn embodiment from the inside.
What This Work Is
Embodied Coherence is a physiological process.
It integrates:
- fascia-informed movement
- somatic perception
- energetic awareness
So embodiment becomes something your body knows,
not something your mind understands.
This work:
- does not bypass the physical body
- does not require force or flexibility
- does not ask you to “do it right”
It meets you exactly where you are.
The pace is slow enough
for your nervous system to stay present.
What Becomes Possible
When the body becomes a place you trust:
Movement feels intelligent, not effortful.
Energy moves without dissociation.
Pain may soften — but more importantly,
you feel at home in yourself.
For practitioners, this often means:
- deeper presence
- clearer perception
- a nervous system that has somewhere to land
I’ve witnessed this unfold again and again
over years of practice.

When I taught at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing,
my motto was “Forever and a Day.”
Embodiment isn’t something you complete.
It’s a relationship that unfolds —
slowly, gently, for as long as you’re alive.

A one-on-one session to explore
your body, movement, and energetic perception
at a pace your system can trust.
Available in-office or via Zoom.
Online sessions follow the same principles of pacing, presence, and relational listening.
