“My beloved friends, let me share an extraordinary experience from the depths of last night…

I had just finished offering my Infinite Intelligence Essence Blessing
(as a bonus for readers of my new book FLOW STATE AWAKENING)
when I decided to turn this blessing inward – something I hadn’t done in a while since I usually work with the more detailed sequence of Biomatrix Coherency healing.
It is quicker and easier and it was the middle of the night.
For over 30 minutes, maybe an hour, waves of the highest frequency energies flooded through my being, wave after wave after wave.
…and somewhere in this divine dance, Joan Baez’s operatic version of Bachianas Brasileiras began flowing through my consciousness, as if the spheres themselves were singing.
The physical body began dissolving into pure light, losing all material dimensionality, exactly like “the great notes which are sometimes heard in the subtle physical—
rather like those of Beethoven’s Concerto in D”.
It was as if I was waiting for this moment all of my life.
The boundaries between atoms opened into vast spaces, revealing how “the body has no more limits—it’s just a great MASS of vibrations”. (These are the words of Mira Alfassa, The Mother.)
I have read this bvefore but now it was the experience itself,
(She is the one who led the way, unveiling the consciousness experience so that all may be able to experience it)
Angel bodies fluctuated within and around me, as if demonstrating that perfect “communion of Nature and Spirit, the meeting of old friends who, after a long separation, find each other once more”.
I found myself visiting family, friends, and clients – seeing them in their perfect divine essence, learning to “hold them in faith, see their perfection, believe in their perfection”.
The experience deepened as I became a magnetic core, surrounded by a golden orb of light – a prosperity bubble ringing through me.
Beautiful waves spiraled down, heating my inner thighs, legs, knees, and feet, magnetically pulling me deeper into Mother Earth.
Though it’s never been part of my usual language, the angels spoke of transformation, transmutation, and transfiguration.
In that moment, I truly understood: I AM the body of Christ.
Everything became infused with meaning, painted in rainbow hues, especially radiant green – the color of divine healing.
It was “a continuous and all-powerful flood… extraordinary variety of colors, vibrations, powers” .
This experience rivals my 13-turn Shiva dance from when I was 21 – that I mention in Chapter One…a moment that changed everything.
We’ll see what unfolds tomorrow, but for now, let this serve as a beacon of hope and possibility for “the supreme Possible in the skin of a man at last”.

I created a chakra mapping method 24 years ago.

Over the years, it has gone through many iterations, but the results have consistently helped me and countless others build strength in their energy systems, release unwanted emotions, and create greater vitality and joy.
Begin with the breath, starting from the root of the root chakra, located physiologically at the center of the perineum.
As you breathe in from that very point, imagine a circle forming in the horizontal plane, expanding from the center outward to the periphery, right between the hips.
As you exhale, allow that circle to condense back toward the center, sending a ray of spiraling energy both downward into the center of the earth and upward into the center of the sky.
With each inhalation, those lines of energy return to the circle and spread outward to the periphery.
With each exhalation, the energy condenses inward and extends both upward and downward.
Alongside this movement, feel the circle becoming spherical.
On the exhalation, notice a slight pulling upward as the perineum gently contracts.
This physiological pulse creates a rhythm—a widening and letting go, followed by a condensing inward at the base of the pelvis, radiating energy through the body at will.
Here, we begin to map the chakras.
On the first exhalation, bring your awareness to the center and send a line of energy to the front of your body, only as far as you can comfortably let it go while staying connected to it.
As you inhale, draw that line of awareness back to the center, allowing it to radiate outward to the edge of the horizontal plane.
On the next exhalation, as the energy touches the center, send it directly to the back, matching the same distance you reached to the front.
Now, with both lines established, create a straight, perpendicular cross at the base of the pelvis.
On the inhalation, let this energy expand spherically in all directions.
On the next exhalation, as the energy condenses back from the periphery to the center, send it outward to the right.
Inhale, bringing it back to center, then exhale to the left.
Continue this pattern in all directions.
First, repeat front and back, then left and right.
Next, move diagonally: exhale to the front-right, return to center; exhale to the back-left, return to center; exhale to the back-right, return to center; exhale to the front-left, and return to center.
Repeat this sequence, creating diagonal lines of awareness that form a complete energetic map at the base of the pelvis.
Finally, gather your breath at the center.
On the exhalation, expand spherically outward from the center to the periphery, observing an octave wave moving outward, filling the space, and returning back once again.
